Section 6(a) of Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and place of employment wich were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the Carnegie library parking, it does not have illumination. The employees crossed the parking to reach their cars when they finished their jobs during the night shifts. Hazard: Falls due to lack of illumination. Among other correction method, feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is fix the parking lamps. En el parking de la biblioteca Carnegie, este no tenia iluminacion. Los empleados cruzaban por el mismo para llegar a sus carros luego de terminar sus turnos de trabajo durante los turnos nocturnos. Hazard: Caidas debido a la falta de iluminacion.
