29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: On or about November 10, 2025, at 42 West Buckeye Street, West Salem, OH 44287, the employer failed to ensure employees were trained on fire extinguishers, or in the alternative an emergency action plan with rally points.
