29 CFR 1928.57(c)(5)(i)(A): Application of electrical power from a location not under the immediate and exclusive control of the employee or employees maintaining or servicing equipment was not prevented by providing an exclusive, positive locking means on the main switch: On or about August 20, 2025, the employer did not ensure that electrical power for components of the manure management system equipment including, but not limited to DariTech, Greenline 250 Pumps, DT360 Manure Separators, Agitators, and a Decanter Centrifuge, were under the exclusive control employees maintaining or servicing equipment via positive locking means on the main switch. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while performing maintenance activities.
