29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9):Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: a) Les Schwab Tires of Montana LLC, 1015 West Center Street, Kalispell, MT: On or about July 23, 2025 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while using the abrasive wheel on the ProValue bench grinder without a tongue guard.
