29 CFR 1910.179(h)(4): Hooks did not meet the manufacturer's recommendations: (a) At 705 Northwest 27th Avenue, Ocala, FL ; On or about April 30, 2025: the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards, in that the hooks used with the overhead gantry cranes did not have safety latches designed to prevent the load from coming off the hook.
