29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): Lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lampholder with a guard: a. In the shop area, at 291 Springview Commerce Drive, Debary, Florida: On or about April 8, 2025, the employer exposed employees to an electrical hazard, in that the lamp on the Jet Drill Press did not have a guard properly installed encasing the lamp to provide protection should breakage occur.
