29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a- 919 Sicklerville Road, Sicklerville NJ: On or about 04/03/25 a portable electric circular saw, in use by the workers and the company worksite Foreman, was observed being powered with a flexible cords whose outer and inner protective coverings were damaged and missing thereby exposing this cord's copper wiring.
