29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) On or about 04/03/2025, in the Maintenance Area, a Relocatable Power Tap (power strip) rated for 15 amps was used to provide power to a heater operating at 15 amps (1500 W, 120 V) and other electronics. The power strip is not intended for use with equipment that exceeds its capacity, which exposes employees to fire hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
