29 CFR 1910.272(m)(2): The employer did not promptly correct dust collection systems in the grain handling facility which were malfunctioning or operating below designed efficiency. On or about March 28, 2025, on the west side of the jobsite; employees engaged in grain handling activities worked in areas where fugitive grain dust accumulated due to malfunctioning dust collection systems of Elevator B boot pit.
