29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) United Parcel Service of American Inc, dba UPS, did not ensure that fire extinguishers were readily accessible. This condition was observed on or about April 8, 2025, at the location of 331 Bishop Rd, Highland Heights, OH 44143 Belt 3. The United Parcel Service of America Inc, dba UPS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1578240 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-25-2022, with respect to a workplace located at Henry E Rohlsen Airport Kingshill, VI 00851.
