29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or before March 13, 2025, in Phase 2 Nano room employees who manually handled corrosive materials such as but not limited to Lactic Acid, MPA No. 168, Ultra 1030, and Hydrisoak No. 180 for Clean-In-Place (CIP) operations were not provided with suitable facilities (i.e., eyewash and shower) within the work area for immediate emergency use.
