29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). Location: 198 Tecumseh St. Fall River MA On or about March 4th 2005, employees were exposed to a 79KV primary power line while working on a pump jack scaffold system where the scaffold was erected 4.5 feet from the primary power line and an employee contacted the line while removing an existing gutter.
