29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13):The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: (a) Front of house - On or about February 26, 2025, the employer provided an 6 foot step ladder for employees to use to hand material up to the employee on the roof where the employee had to use the top step to reach the employee on the roof exposing him to fall hazards.
