29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a. On or about 02/13/2025, at 6450 NW 25th Street, Bldg. 704, Miami, Florida, due to the inadequacy to understand their need to use fall protection, employees from a crew performing pressure washing duties and another crew removing an existing roof and placing debris in garbage bags in close proximity to the skylights and roof edge, were exposed to 25-foot fall hazards when not using any type of fall protection.
