At the worksite located at N 1031 Topping Ave, Kansas City, MO 64120 employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards while conducting maintenance, housekeeping, and grain handling operations. The employer did not ensure that a hole in the stairs used for accessing and egressing the basement between old house southside and middle house was repaired or covered.
