29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment is likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards were not arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage: (a)Sentry LLC at 1928 Calvin Drive, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to February 5, 2025, the employer did not ensure that incandescent lighting above the workstation in the "finishing area" was guarded so as to prevent physical damage. This condition exposed employees to lacerations and electric shock hazards.
