29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by equipment belts and pulleys: On or about January 27, 2025, and at times prior thereto, in the west side of the welding area/building, employees utilized a bender which did not have a means of protecting employees from being pulled into the belts in going nip points of the machine on the back side.
