29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about and at times before January 25, 2025 at the worksite located at 985 NW County Rd 9002, Adrian, MO 64720, employees conducting residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards. The employer did not provide a fall prevention training program to each of the employee(s) potentially exposed to fall hazards on the worksite who were conducting work from elevation.
