29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Hammond's Candies, 5735 N Washington Street, Denver CO 80216: On or about 1/24/2025, employees working with caustic and corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to electrolyte acid when checking fluid levels in forklift battery charging station were potentially exposed to chemical burns to the eyes and skin. Adequate eye flushing units and/or showers were not provided within the immediate work area.
