29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) Lot 30 - On or about January 24, 2025, employees used the top step of a 6-foot "A" frame ladder to access the roof through a hole in the sheathing which was approximately 9 feet above the lower floor. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
