29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30psi. (a) Production Facility/Floor: On or about January 16, 2025, employees used compressed air measured at 120-122 psi to clean dust and debris from their clothing, machines, equipment and floors, exposing them to hazards associated with unregulated air pressure. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
