At the worksite, located at 3312 19th St SW Lehigh Acres, FL 33976; On or about 12/10/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting roofing operations on a newly built residential home approximately 10ft from an unsupported scaffold platform without receiving adequate training on carefully inspecting scaffolds and recognized hazards.
