29 CFR 1926.106(d): A lifesaving skiff was not immediately available at locations where employees were working over or adjacent to water: a) For the John Singletary Peace River Bridge Project in Ft. Meade, FL, on or about 11/25/2024, the employer exposed employees to potential drowning hazards, in that, employees were working inside of a man basket that was suspended over water and there was no lifesaving skiff available on site.
