29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(i): Oxygen cylinders were stored near highly combustible material, especially oil and grease; or near reserve stocks of carbide and acetylene or other fuel-gas cylinders, or near other substance likely to cause or accelerate fire. On or about November 25, 2024, Alta Mira Corporation DBA Spencer Forge and Manufacturing Company at 225 N. Main Street Spencer, OH 44275, did not ensure that the Oxygen Compressed cylinders located within the Maintenance Shop were being stored away from highly combustible material likely to cause or accelerate a fire. The Oxygen Compressed cylinders were being stored with Acetylene fuel-gas cylinders.
