29 CFR 1926.451(b)(10): Scaffold components manufactured by different manufacturers were modified in order to intermix them and a competent person did not determine that the resulting scaffold was structurally sound: Burnham Library. On or about November 20, 2024 a walkway was supported by a mixture of prefabricated scaffold components and wooden planks. The scaffold was not tagged to indicate that it had been inspected and deemed safe for use by a competent person.
