29 CFR 1926.502(k)(9):The employers fall protection plan did not include a statement which provides the name or other method of identification for each employee who is designated to work in controlled access zones: a) On or about November 19, 2024, on and around Building 2 at a job site known as both Innisbrook Apartments and Palm Harbor Apartments located at and around 36110 US HWY 19N Palm Harbor, FL: The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet, in that the employers fall protection plan did not include the names or method of identification for employees installing floor trusses.
