29 CFR 1910.1200(b)(4)(ii): Employers did not maintain copies of any safety data sheets that are received with incoming shipments of the sealed of the sealed containers of hazardous chemicals, did not obtain a safety data sheet as soon as possible for sealed containers of hazardous chemicals received without a safety data sheet if an employee requests the safety data sheet, and did not ensure that the safety data sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area(s): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) On or about November 15, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure safety data sheets for Natural Gas and Leak Seek were available for employees during the work shift.
