29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about November 13th, 2024, and at times prior thereto, multiple appliance(s) such as the Presto Tilt' nDrain Black Non-Stick Electric Griddle, Emerson Microwave Oven, Keurig Drip Coffee Machine, Coca Cola Refrigerant, Amana Refrigerator and Magic Chef Top Mount Microwave Refrigerator were plugged into a relocatable power tap in which were not used according to listing and labeling instructions. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical and/or fire hazard(s). In the following location(s): a) Building C - Presto Tilt'nDrain Black Non-Stick Electric Griddle, Emerson Microwave Oven, Keurig Drip Coffee Machine, Coca Cola Refrigerant, Amana Refrigerator. b) Champion Kitchen - Magic Chef Top Mount Microwave Refrigerator. c) Mechanic Shop, Building B - Napa battery charger and starter 85-1500
