The employer also possesses additional information that OSHA has requested via a subpoena served December 3, 2024, that the employer did not provide, such as but not limited to; items (1). All witness statements and notes of witness statements concerning the incident on November 7, 2024, the worksite located at 256-271 Marginal Street East Boston. (2) All photographs, videos audio recordings or transcriptions, or any other recording relating to the jobsite. (3) All daily reports concerning the jobsite. (4) All schedules of work concerning the worksite. (9) All communications (including emails, texts, electronic correspondence or otherwise) from November 6, 2024, to present concerning the Job Site. (12) All documents concerning safety inspections conducted at or for the Job Site.
