29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(A): The employer did not ensure that training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at the time of initial assignment to tasks where occupational exposure might take place: a) Line 2, National Pipe and Plastics Inc., 15 Mills Avenue, Endicott, NY 13760, on or about 11/3/2024: Lead Employees and Supervisors were required to be part of the first response team at the facility, where occupational exposure events might take place, and the employer did not provide training at the time of initial assignment. Abatement certification is required.
