Location: 126 Sandford Street, Brooklyn, NY. On or about 10/29/2024, a) An employee working as a flagger directing traffic was not wearing a high-visibility warning vest. Employee exposed to a struck-by hazard. b) An employee working as a flagger directing traffic was stationed at a location with insufficient stopping distance from approaching vehicles.
