29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: The employer is failing to protect employees from hazards associated with LOTO on the Blue Oven. This was most recently documented on or about October 25th, 2024, at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117. The employer failed to conduct a periodic inspection on the Blue Oven. The Blue Oven LOTO procedure failed to identify pneumatic and thermal as energy sources on the written procedure.
