29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(iii)(b): During hoisting, the load contacted obstructions. (a) C-36 Crane area servicing the burning table located between columns Q19 and P19 - On or about 10/15/2024 an employee was exposed to crushing and struck by hazards when a hoisted load came in contact, and knocking over, an adjacent steel plate that was stored vertically in the floor storage rack system.
