29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section: On or about September 25, 2024, on the east side of the construction site located at 4465 Griffin Rd, Davie, Florida 33314, an employee was exposed to a 12-foot fall hazard while working from a tubular welded frame scaffold without being protected from falling.
