29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Employee(s) operating the Dayton floor fan along the west wall of the lower warehouse located at 1362 Southwest Blvd, Kansas City, Kansas were exposed to electrical hazards due to no strain relief being provided for the plug end of the power cord, thus exposing live conductors. (b) Employee(s) operating an orange extension cord in the lower warehouse located at 1362 Southwest Blvd, Kansas City, Kansas were exposed to electrical hazards due to no strain relief being provided for the plug end of the extension cord, thus exposing live conductors.
