Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 004 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about August 20, 2024, at an establishment located at 912 Messer Street in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, employees of A.G.X. Consruction LLC were exposed to fall hazards and were not trained in the requirements of the standard while exposed to fall hazards of over 9 feet 7 inches.
