29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: On August 4, 2024, at the Finest Golf Maintenance Shop, Roof Access: Step ladders were used by employees to access the metal roof and had to be "side loaded" to get from the ladder to the roof. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
