29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a. On or about August 9, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employee using a pneumatic nail gun was not utilizing eye protection, thereby exposing the employee to hazards associated with eye injuries.
