29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a) At 5312 Harbor Rd, Bradenton, Florida: On or about July 30, 2024, the employer exposed tree cutting employees to electrocution hazards, in that, the employer did not provide training for electrical hazards to unqualified employees whose work was near exposed, energized 7.6 kV overhead electrical distribution line.
