29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3):The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take: Location: 1525 Harbor Blvd. Weehawken NJ 07086 / Second Floor - Unit 4234. a: The employer failed to accurately locate in-slab, live electrical conduits prior to beginning work. An employee suffered an electrocution after becoming in contact with a live, 120V electrical conduit while using a core drill. Violation occurred on or about July 25, 2024.
