29 CFR 1910.303(b)(6): Conductors or equipment were located in damp or wet locations; where exposed to gases, fumes, vapors, liquids, or other agents that had a deteriorating effect on the conductors or equipment: a) On or about 5/18/2024, in the Making Department; a PCL cabinet was located next to a water pump, which was not protected from water entering the cabinet. When the water pump suffered a gasket failure, water leaked inside the cabinet causing a fire. Employees were exposed to smoke inhalation. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
