29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation a) On or about June 28, 2024, in the clothing room's conveyor line supervisors were not provided with authorized Lockout/Tagout training and were exposed to caught-in hazards while addressing clothing jams on the tail end pulley and or snub roller of Hytrol Conveyor Model TH. b) On or about June 1, 2024, through June 27, 2024, in the clothing room's conveyor line, supervisors were not provided with Authorized Lockout/Tagout Training and were exposed to caught-in hazards while addressing clothing jams on the tail end pulley and or snub roller of Hytrol Conveyor Model TH.
