29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. (a) On or about June 25, 2024, at the jobsite located at 2250 Belmont Pl, Oak Creek WI 53154, the employer did not ensure that employees exposed to potential fall hazards had been trained to recognize and minimize the fall hazards associated with performing roofing work on a residential home. The Kike's Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1599709, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6110 West Bluemound Road, Wauwatosa, WI 53213
