29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The user shall see that all nameplates and markings are in place and are maintained in a legible condition. On or about June 27, 2024, at location W4892 County Road O, Appleton, Wisconsin: employees were exposed to hazards related to forklift operations while utilizing forklifts that were missing the data plate. a) Employees operating a CAT Forklift (Model: 2C6000, Serial: AT83F41707) did not have the required manufactures data plate on it with regards to load capacities. b) Employees operating a CAT Forklift (Model: 2C6000, Serial: AT83F40477) did not have the required manufactures data plate on it with regards to load capacities.
