29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as�elsewhere required�or permitted�by this�standard, live�parts of�electric equipment�operating at�50 volts�or more�shall be�guarded against�accidental contact by�use of�approved cabinets�or other�forms of�approved enclosures�or by any of the means listed in 1910.303(g)(2)(i)(A) - (D). a) On or about June 26, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees controlling and/or maintaining the Sludge Pump (Moyno pump) using the P302A Sludge Pump control in the MCC6 room were guarded against accidental contact of the 480-volt electrical conductors by use of an approved cabinet exposing them to electrical shock hazards.
