29 CFR 1926.1425(d): The employer did not ensure that only employees needed to receive a load were within the fall zone when a load is being landed. a) Jobsite located at 3615-35 Chestnut St. Philadelphia, PA 19104 - On or about June 17, 2024, the employer failed to ensure an employee who was not receiving the load was outside of the fall zone. An employee scrapping excess cement off the panel using a broom was within the fall zone of the load,, thereby exposed to struck by hazards.
