29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation or identified by a sign indicating its actual use: a) Door from the hallway to H2 space in building B at 197 Meister Ave Branchburg, NJ 08876; The door that leads from the hallway egress route to H2 space in building B was not marked as 'Not an exit'. This condition exposed employees to hazard of fire/smoke exposure due to delayed emergency egress or entrapment. Hazard(s) was observed on or about June 14, 2023.
