29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(1)(ii): With the exception of monitoring under paragraph (d)(3), the employer shall collect full shift (for at least 7 continuous hours) personal samples including at least one sample for each shift for each job classification in each work area. On or about July 17, 2024, employees in the shredder, CRT dismantling, and CRT/Frit line were exposed to lead dust. The employer failed to conduct personal full shift sampling for at least one employee for each shift or each job classification in each work area. This item was corrected during inspection.
