29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: At the worksite located at 832 E. 3rd Street, Milan, Missouri: On or around March 18, 2024, an employee was exposed to chemical inhalation hazards in the form of anhydrous ammonia. An employee responded to an anhydrous ammonia leak with a full face respirator that was not fit tested.
