29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: (a) On and before May 9, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees that operated the Linde MT12 and MT18 electric pallet jacks performed evaluations on a daily basis before each shift at the facility. (b) On and before May 9, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees that operated the Doonsan B50X-7, S/N: FBB09-1390-00165, performed evaluations on a daily basis before each shift at the facility. (c) On and before May 9, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees that operated the Doonsan BC32S-7, S/N: FBA1D-1360-00144, performed evaluations on a daily basis before each shift at the facility.
